My late Father was a Veteran of the Korean War, in between volleys of lead to the head, he would read letters from his childhood dance partner while freezing his butt off in a hand dug 5 foot frozen foxhole. She would become his wife of 60 happy years and my Mom.
He proudly raised and lowered the American flag every day at our home to honor the brave men and women who have served our country so we can live the American Dream. Thank you to all the war veterans for your service.
Mom still flies the Stars and Stripes every day.
Happy Hump Pops.
