Looking way back to Ruth Gibson Elementary School First and Second grade, my lifetime favorite teachers Mrs. Little first grade and Mrs. Dillion in second, became accustomed to putting my desk in the back of the classroom. Something about me talking non-stop in class. By third grade I progressed to having my desk put outside the classroom by the door or being excused to Mr. Piccora’s office where I spent a great deal of time, I was to sit quietly in a chair in his office which never lasted long before he and I were talking.
Well Aloha to Mrs. Little, Mrs. Dillion and Mr. Piccora nothing much has changed today. I can still talk nonstop for an hour and it has served me very well in my photography businesses.
Yes, I can shoot and entertain a whole group of people with my jokes and tales of Hawai’i. Yes, unless my clients do not speak English. I swear I thought of my favorite teachers last night.
My lovely guest didn’t understand one of my jokes but politely laughed anyway.
