My job is about freezing time “capturing the moment” as Kodak used to say. Ohanas (Families) hire me because I can get what “they – the family” can’t because family can be the hardest to capture even for a professional photographer.
It’s difficult to get the best photos of your own family because they are used to “you” pointing a camera at them since they were in a crib and don’t care anymore.
Great shots can’t be forced but they can be planned. Nothing will bring you as much joy as a well planned candid that you both love forever and evermore.
