This hump was shot with a digital camera that was converted to shoot only infrared black & white. The colors are opposite of natural B&W creating a surreal look that’s not good for people portraits at all but awesome in landscapes and architecture.
The location is Anaeho’omalu Bay before the 3.11.11 tsunami that wiped out more than half its trees and sand.
On the right is the King’s ancient Kuualii fishpond, where he would grow his fish to his liking, possibly the first Hawaiian fish farm.
It’s a great place for family portraits, weddings, trash the dress, senior portraits or engagement photo session. Or enjoy a hike, snorkel and just beach it.
